I am a Myotherapist, Mumma, Wife, Circle Facilitator, Potionista and creator of ONE TREE POTIONS.
It all started with a healing balm for baby Jasper (now quite big), when everything else made his sweet sensitive eczema-prone skin worse.
It worked so well that numerous potions followed after. But the big shift from making to sharing and selling didn’t come from the physical support wins, but from the enormous emotional benefits I have personally experienced.
Essential oils have helped me move away from anxiety and depression by soothing my panic attacks & shifting my hormonal mess - aka strong PMS and regular migraines.
Boom. Everyone should have these magical healers in their life, for physical, emotional and energetic wellbeing.
SINCE THEN, I HAVE LOVED SUPPORTING WOMEN EMPOWERING THEMSELVES BY RECONNECTING WITH THEIR CYCLICAL NATURE AND ENHANCING EACH MOON PHASE WITH ESSENTIAL OILS.

Milla is the creatress of The Chrysalis Effect. She is passionate about sharing the tools that have helped her come home to herself. Connecting crystals and people is her thing, as well as creating unique crystal adornments. She is deeply connected to nature and finds her inspiration and true self from being with Mother Earth. She guides people through movement practices that invite them to embrace what is alive in this moment and honour themselves.
The Chrysalis Effect is a transitional state that flows throughout all of life. It’s the pulse of our true nature and the essence of our existence.
Milla uses crystals on a daily bases to connect to herself, the earth and the universe. They support her in anchoring to what is true for her, what is alive right now.
CRYSTALS ARE GIFTS FROM THE EARTH, PHYSICAL MANIFESTATION OF ENERGIES AND FREQUENCIES THAT REFLECT WHAT IS ALREADY INSIDE OF US. THEY HELP US COME HOME TO OURSELVES.
